Rehabilitation Training (exclusively with the physiotherapist):
As a physical therapist that meets all technical requirements including the Enhanced Outpatient physical therapy, I offer you a comprehensive and thorough care for your needs. Whether intervertebral disc disease, meniscal damage, inflamed shoulder or a neurological condition, with over 13 years experience in physiotherapy my personal training includes this additional knowledge.
Running / Walking:
I show you training methods, with which you achieve new run goals as beginners or advanced. With walking, well-regulated running units, or sprint training, we reach your individual goals. With professional equipment such as running heart rate monitor and GPS documentation, we tailor the training to your needs and to measure your exercise success.
Actually, a generic term, because from the first minute of the personal training, you do your heart and your circulation only good. Objectively I demonstrate the physical progress with regular measurements and graphics. These data are to be taken home by you regularly as additional motivation and performance monitoring.
Modern back school:
Forget “just sit straight and do not move” or the infamous stick in the back. Your body has good reason for hundreds of joints and bones, all of which are physiologically loaded and moved. With few effective exercises for everyday life and in our training session you quickly improve your back muscles and their function. Back pain can be prevented and alleviated.
Weight loss and diet - these two things go hand in hand. You bring the desire, I work with you on achieving realistic goals and together we will benefit from the expertise of our supporting nutrition consultant. You will be amazed how quickly and easily you can improve certain things in everyday life.
Integrated on physiotherapy and refined over many years of practice, massage often provides an underestimated contribution to the (muscle)-regeneration, for example after a running workout. This is supplemented with a stretch program based on sound anatomical knowledge, and electrical therapy for muscle regeneration. Or simply as a massage pampering!
After we have optimized your motion, we can protect these with the help of your muscles. This is done to your request in the studio or as effective in a private setting with minimal equipment costs (only small equipment is being used, which fits into any travel bag). Either way, as a guide, you will always have YOUR own personal training plan - and me - by your side. Thus, even newcomer’s inhibitions and fear of wrong training is taken.
Using a buoyancy belt to move effortlessly in the healthy medium of water - this is called aqua jogging and finds much use in professional sports. The result is improved cardio vascular circulation and minimized stress on the joints. In addition, there are the traditional water aerobics.
The application of an elastic strip of tape supports both blunt trauma healing and the relief of chronic pain. Tendonitis, back or joint pain can be very well treated. The tape does not affect you in everyday life or your personal hygiene.
As a duo or in small groups in and around Hamburg! This can be a valuable component of your cardio training or for targeting improved performance and reduce weight. For each type of client I will find an ideal route profile.
Wrongly forgotten is the boom of the 90’s. The advantages of this sport (performance-optimized, very easy on the joints) are not to be dismissed and come in handy with the personal training.
